We had the pleasure of organizing, at the Hungarian Heritage House in Budapest, a meeting between the delegation from China’s Hebei Province and representatives of the Hungarian Heritage House as well as the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble.
The event brought together participants around themes of cultural dialogue and international cooperation.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to Miklós Both, Director General of the Hungarian Heritage House, for his warm welcome, and to Viktória Salgó, Head of International Affairs, whose invaluable support was essential to the success of this event.
The discussions were particularly enriching:
- highlighting the cultural heritage of Hebei and Hungary;
- presentation of the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble’s upcoming tour in China;
- exploration of new forms of cooperation in local cultural heritage protection.
This meeting also provided an opportunity to showcase Hebei Province’s official slogan:
“这么近那么美，周末到河北” (“So close, so beautiful – spend the weekend in Hebei”),
an invitation that perfectly reflects the rich landscapes and cultural heritage of the region.
